It would be difficult to exaggerate how much fun it can be to make sausage at home. Don't get us wrong, it's a bit of a chore. But the rewards are oh so fulfilling. We'll send you an equipment and ingredient list when you register so you'll have plenty of time to procure any specialty items that you might not already have in your kitchen. From there you can choose to grind your own protein or purchase it from your local butcher. You can choose to make any or all of the three sausages we'll be covering in class or simply attend the class as a lecture. Running Time: Approx. 90min.
