As to avoid choice overload, please inform chef of any specific goals, food allergies, or aversions that you or your guests might have so he can write a list of menu options specifically tailored to your needs.

Each menu item listed below is designed to take between 60-90min. to create in an interactive online, or in-person class. In some cases, multiple versions of a dish can be cooked in that timeframe. Some dishes may allow time for small sides to be prepared while the main dish is cooking. In rare cases, prep work may be required before class or a dish might cook for up to five hours after class.
